On April 10, 20 international students who learn Chinese language at HUST fly kites to experience custom of Qingming Festival.

        Under the guidance of teachers, international students practise flying kites in pairs. Ke Xiaozhuang (U.S.) and Lv Zhuzhou(Thailand) , form a "band" which attracts everybody's attention. Ke rides a bicycle at a high speed while Lv flies the kite behind. The kite flies quite soon and the crowd breaks into loud applause.   However,  it is the Korea(D.P.R) students who flies kites into the sky at first.

        In the end, teachers give international students kites as sourvenirs.

      "杨柳青，放风筝“。 4月10日下午，我校汉语生D班留学生在西边操场放起了风筝，体验中国人清明前后放风筝的习俗。

       留学生们两人一组，在老师的指导下，慢慢地掌握技巧。来自美国的科小壮和来自泰国的吕烛洲的“二人组合”，显然吸引了大家的目光。科小壮蹬着单车，疾驰而过；吕烛洲则坐在后座，借着风力，牵引着风筝。很快，风筝飞了起来，大家纷纷鼓掌叫好。不过，来自朝鲜的两位“阿加西”率先把自己的风筝飞上了蓝天。

       活动结束，老师把这些风筝送给留学生们作为纪念。留学生们也从活动中体验了合作的乐趣，留下了美好的回忆。
