Procurement Executive

Responsibilities

1. Procurement Operations

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process: sourcing, RFQs, negotiations, purchase order issuance, and delivery follow-up.

• Evaluate and select suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and service.

• Monitor and maintain proper documentation of all procurement activities and contracts.

2. Supplier Management

• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.

• Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues.

• Identify new suppliers and alternative sources to ensure continuity of supply.

3. Cost and Budget Control

• Work within budgets and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.

• Track and report on procurement spending and variances.

4. Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.

• Mitigate procurement-related risks through proper contract and vendor management.

5. Coordination and Reporting

• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., finance, operations, logistics) to align procurement needs with operational goals.

• Prepare regular reports on procurement status, market trends, and supplier performance


Requirements

1. Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CPM) is an advantage.

2. Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant procurement experience (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles).

• Experience in industry will be preferred [e.g., manufacturing, retail, construction]

3. Skills:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office.

• Good understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.

• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)



Production Assitant
Responsibilities

1. Supervise Production Team: Lead and motivate a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.

2. Monitor Production Processes: Oversee production lines and operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

3. Ensure Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols to meet production specifications and customer requirements.

4. Schedule and Plan Production: Develop daily and weekly production schedules to meet targets and manage workflow effectively.

5. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with supply chain teams to ensure availability.

6. Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate team performance and provide feedback, identifying areas for improvement and development.

7. Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve production issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime.

8. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and practices to maintain a safe working environment.

9. Report and Document: Maintain accurate production records, including output, waste, and downtime, and prepare reports for management.


Requirements

1. Degree or Diploma in Engineering or above in related fields. 本科及以上学历,工程相关专业;

2. At least 3 years experience on production management. 3年以上生产管理经验;

3. Must possess basic knowledge in physics, electronics, optic, etc. 具有物理、电子、光学等基本知识;

4. Must be able to communicate well in English. Able to understand Mandarin language is an added advantage. 良好的英语交流能力,如具有华语听说能力优先;

5. Have good communication skill, strong sense of responsibility, eager to learn new technologies, excellent hands-on ability and patience. 具有较好的沟通能力,责任心强,乐于并善于学习,动手操作能力强,有耐心;

6. Clear logical thinking, have strong team awareness and coordination skills. 逻辑清晰,具备良好的团队意识以及协调能力;



Administrative Executive

Responsibilities
1. 负责日常行政事务,包括访客接待安排、办公区域卫生管理、员工行为监督等Manage daily administrative operations including ‌visitor reception arrangements, office sanitation maintenance, and employee behavior compliance monitoring‌.

2. 协调会议安排及公司活动策划与执行Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.

3. 文件整理、归档及数据录入管理Maintain physical/digital filing systems and databases.

4. 办公用品采购及库存管理Oversee office supplies procurement and inventory control.

5. 协助部门同事完成其他行政支持工作Provide cross-departmental administrative support.

Requirements

1. 大专及以上学历,行政管理或相关专业优先Diploma or above in Business Administration or related field.

2. 具备良好的英文沟通能力,会中文者优先Proficient English communication skills‌; Mandarin proficiency ‌is a strong advantage

3. 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件(WordExcelPPT等)Advanced proficiency‌ in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

4. 细致耐心,具备较强的组织协调能力Attentive and detail-oriented‌ with strong organizational & coordination capabilities. 5. 有制造业或相关行业工作经验者优先Prior experience in manufacturing or related sectors preferred‌.



HR Executive

Responsibilities

1. Execute full-cycle hiring for ‌production-line roles‌ (operators/technicians) from sourcing to offer acceptance完成产线岗位(操作工/技术员)全流程招聘(从寻聘到录用)

2. Collaborate with production dept. to develop ‌quarterly upskilling plans‌track training completion rates and ‌effectiveness metrics‌协同生产部门制定季度技能提升计划,跟踪培训完成率及效果指标

3. Oversee attendance management including ‌shift planning guidance‌, timekeeping, overtime computation and leave accounting负责考勤管理,包含指导生产部门排班、考勤记录、加班计算、假期管理等

4. Handle grievance procedures ‌aligned with company values‌按公司价值观处理员工申诉

5. Conduct ‌exit interviews‌ and analyze turnover drivers执行离职面谈并分析流失原因

6. Maintain personnel files‌ with confidentiality保密管理人事档案

Requirements

1. Diploma or above in Human Resource or related field大专及以上学历,人力资源或相关专业优先.

2. Advanced proficiency‌ in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件(WordExcelPPT等)

IT Engineer

Responsibilities

1. 设计企业网络架构(包括局域网/广域网),优化网络链路 Design corporate network architecture (including LAN/WAN) and optimize network paths

2. 配置路由器、交换机、防火墙、无线控制器等网络设备,完成设备安装、调试及系统上线 Configure network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers) and complete installation, debugging, and system deployment

3. 监控网络性能与质量,保证网络稳定运行,提升网络效率 Monitor network performance and quality to ensure stability and improve efficiency

4. 快速定位并解决网络故障,恢复业务运行 Quickly diagnose and resolve network failures to restore business operations 5.负责网络安全监控、配合信息安全落实及安全事件的响应及处理 Conduct network security monitoring, implement security policies, and respond to security incidents

5. 管理办公电脑、打印机等终端设备,处理硬件故障与系统安装等桌面问题 Maintain end-user devices (PCs, printers) and resolve hardware/OS issues 7.完成公司领导交办的其他工作任务 Perform other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

1. 本科及以上学历,计算机相关专业,2年以上工作经验,具有CCNA及以上认证资质者优先 Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field, 2+ years of experience, CCNA or higher certification preferred

2. 精通TCP/IP协议,路由交换技术、网络安全基础等,熟悉思科、华为、锐捷、深信服等厂商网络设备的安装配置,故障处理等 Proficient in TCP/IP, routing/switching, and network security; hands-on experience with Cisco/Huawei/Ruijie/Sangfor devices

3. 熟悉网络架构,具备独立的网络规划能力 Familiar with network architecture and capable of independent network planning

4. 至少熟悉掌握一种网络协议分析工具,能对网络故障进行抓包分析并迅速解决故障 Proficient in packet analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark) for troubleshooting 5.熟悉常见办公软件及硬件设备的维护与管理,能及时响应并处理员工反映的终端故障

5. Skilled in maintaining office software/hardware and providing timely desktop support

6. 具有良好的沟通能力,对工作认真负责 Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility
