The Opportunity

We are seeking motivated and talented international students from Russian-speaking regions to join our team. This role is designed to strengthen our efforts in developing the Central Asian market and effectively support local project development.

Principal Responsibilities

· Conduct research and analysis on international markets, with a focus on the Central Asia region.

· Creation and translation of market development documents and reports (Chinese-Russian/English-Russian bilingual).

· Participate in market research, project follow-up, and meeting preparations for the Central Asia region, assisting with related administrative and coordination tasks.

· Develop an understanding of the business culture, industry trends, and engineering cooperation models in Central Asia to provide informational support for market development.

Who We Are Looking For

Requirements:

· Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Law, Economics, Business Management, International Trade, Foreign Languages, or a related field.

· Genuine interest in pursuing a career in international market development.

· A fast learner with strong adaptability and a proactive approach to work.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative team spirit.

· High proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese-Russian/English-Russian.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

· Cross-cultural background, particularly for students from Central Asia, Russia, or other Russian-speaking countries are preferred.
