Role Overview

As an International Marketing Trainee, you will be part of a structured development program designed to build the next generation of global marketing/sales leaders. You will gain hands-on experience across key marketing functions while contributing to real-world projects in overseas markets. This role is ideal for a motivated graduate who is passionate about healthcare, marketing, sales, and cross-cultural collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

· Market Research & Analysis
Assist in gathering market intelligence on IVD industry trends, regional competition, and customer needs. Learn to use analytical tools to generate market insight reports.

· Marketing Content Support
Collaborate with product teams to compile technical requirements and assist in creating multilingual marketing materials (English/other languages). Support preparation for international exhibitions and client meetings.

· Customer Communication & Collaboration
Utilize language skills (English/other languages) to support communication with overseas clients. Participate in cross-cultural business discussions and help track customer feedback and follow-up actions.

· Marketing Campaign Execution
Support the implementation of global marketing initiatives such as online seminars and localized campaigns. Assist in planning, coordination, and post-event analysis.

· Sales Target Achievement
Develop regional customer acquisition strategies, follow up on potential lead conversion, independently achieve individual sales targets, and contribute to the accomplishment of team sales goals.




Qualifications

· Graduating in 2026 with a bachelor’s or master’s degree.

· Majors include but are not limited to:
Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, International Economics & Trade, or related fields

· Language Skills:

o English: IELTS 6.5+, TOEFL 90+, or equivalent with fluency in spoken English for professional use

o Chinese language skills are a plus but not mandatory

· Personal Attributes:

o Fast learner with a proactive attitude and strong interest in business and marketing

o Basic understanding of business communication; cross-cultural sensitivity

o Experience in campus activities, cross-cultural projects, or relevant internships is a plus

o Willingness to undertake occasional overseas travel
