To all international students in mainland China,

Due to a new wave of COVID-19 infection, we hereby inform you of the following:

For all international students in mainland China, please avoid non-essential travel and reduce unnecessary outings and gatherings. Pay close attention to the official update on COVID-19 high-risk areas and do not travel to those areas. If you encounter epidemiological investigation, please cooperate with the local government and take precautions as required.

For international students on campus, we recommend you not to go out of campus or leave Wuhan if non-essential. Students who plan to leave Wuhan should apply to the school for approval. To stay on campus, students should wear masks, wash hands and practice social distancing. If you have fever or cough, please contact your counselor immediately and go to the school hospital. Visiting of hospitals off campus without referral is not allowed.

For international students in other domestic cities, please apply to your school for approval before returning back to campus. If you are currently in high-risk areas, including areas where local outbreaks also emerge, take precautions as required by the local governments and wait for the area lowers its risk level before returning back to campus. If you are currently in low-risk areas, please take care of yourselves and reasonably arrange your time back to campus.

Currently, receiving COVID-19 vaccine is the most effective way to prevent infection. We highly recommend international students to receive vaccine as quickly as possible.

关于进一步加强暑期国际学生疫情防控工作的通知

全体在华国际学生：

近期，受南京疫情外溢情况影响，全国多地出现新增新冠肺炎病例，且病毒变异带来更大挑战，疫情形势严峻。为进一步确保校园安全和学生健康，现就有关事项通知如下：

一、请全体在华国际学生严格遵照“非必要不外出”的防疫要求，尽量减少流动；密切关注中高风险地区信息动态，不前往中高风险地区。尽可能少到人员多、流动量大的公共场所，避免参加各类聚集性活动。如遇疫情流行病学调查，需全力配合并如实上报本人既往行程轨迹，按要求落实各项防控措施。

二、全体在校国际学生 “非必要不离校”、“非必要不离汉”，遵守学校校门管控的规定，提前申请通行权限；国际学生如离开武汉市，需向所在院系申请，由院系进行审批并报国际教育学院备案。在校内要坚持佩戴口罩、勤洗手、多开窗、保持一定的社交距离；坚持每天测温，如出现发热等症状须第一时间报告辅导员，并按规定程序前往校医院就诊，不得私自外出就诊。

三、对于目前在其他城市的国际学生：对于正在国内中高风险地区（包括出现关联病例但还暂未升级）的国际学生，应按照属地政府的防疫规定做好防疫，待风险等级降低后方可申请返校；对于正在低风险地区的国际学生，应确保自身安全，合理安排返校时间。国际学生返校之前，需向所在院系申请，由院系进行审批并报国际教育学院备案。

四、接种新冠病毒疫苗是预防新冠肺炎最经济、最有效的手段，请符合接种条件的国际学生就近尽早接种新冠病毒疫苗，共筑免疫屏障。
