A 19-people delegation from University of Brawijaya(UB) paid a visit to HUST On November 26th, including Prof. Kusmartono, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs and Dra. Ernani Kusdiantina ,head of Bureau of Human Resources , as well as vice-deans of the departments of Brawijaya University.Prof.Nie Ming, assistant of HUST President, met with visiting guests.

The meeting was held in the meeting room of school of economics. Firstly, Prof. Nie Ming extended warm welcome to the guests and introduced general information and school-running characteristics of HUST. Then Prof. Kusmartono, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs of the University of Brawijaya introduced the development status of the university discipline and quality of teaching, and expressed the hope to cooperate with our university. University of Brawijaya is a key partner of HUST. Since 2014, both sides carried out cooperation on students exchange programs and young-teacher training programs. This visit is aimed at promoting the implementation of “1+1” double master-degree program jointly established by school of economics of UB and school of economics of HUST, developing other joint-cultivation programs in bachelor, master and doctorand double-degree programs, strengthening the cooperation on teaching-resource sharing and scientific research as well.

During the meeting, representatives from school of International Education and School of Public Administration discussed with professors from UB on topics of Studying-in-China Projects and Educational Exchange between China and ASEAN countries.

After the meeting, the delegation visited the History Museum of HUST. Representatives from department of International Exchange, School of International Education, School of Economics, School of Telecommunications and School of Public Administration attended the activities mentioned above.

11月26日，印尼布劳爪哇大学副校长Ir.Kusmartono教授，人事处处长Dra. Ernani Kusdiantina以及该大学各院系的副院长一行19人来我校访问，华中科技大学校长助理聂鸣教授会见了来访客人。

会议在经济学院会议室举行。聂鸣教授向来宾表示热烈欢迎，同时介绍了我校概况及办学特色。布劳爪哇大学副校长Kusmartono教授介绍了该校的学科发展现状以及教学实力，同时表达了与我校开展合作的热切愿望。布劳爪哇大学是我校的重要合作伙伴，双方从2014年起就在学生交流、青年教师培养等项目上开展了合作。此次代表团的到来主要是落实布劳爪哇大学经济学院与我校经济学院在“1+1”双学位硕士项目的合作，同时拓展在其他专业的本科、硕士和博士的联合培养和双学位项目，以及加深教学资源共享、科学研发等方面的合作。

会上，国际教育学院和公共管理学院代表还分别就我校来华留学项目和东盟国家教育交流等议题与布劳爪哇大学的教授们展开了讨论。

会后，代表团参观了校史馆。国际交流处、国际教育学院、经济学院、电信学院、公共管理学院代表们出席了以上活动。
