From January 22 to 26 of 2015, Mr. Lan Hanghang, the officer in charge of admission and scholarships visited Sri Lanka on behalf of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST).

During this visit, HUST received warm welcome from well-known universities in Sri Lanka including University of Colombo (UoC) and Kotelawala Defence University(KDU), Sri Lanka Institute of Development Administration(SLIDA) and HUST Sri Lanka Alumni. At the same time, HUST also visited the Ministry of Education and the University Grants Commission of Sri Lanka. The cooperation between Sri Lanka and HUST was further enhanced.

Besides, HUST showed up in the 2015 Edex Education Expo as well. The great academic strength, the distinguished research faculty and staff, the high rank in domestic China and also in the world aroused a lot of Sri Lanka students’ interests.

HUST Sri Lankan Alumni Meeting was held
