Dear Graduates-2016 Session,
Graduation and Degree Certificates are ready for collection now starting from 3 P.M., June 30th till July 15th (Afternoon of July 1st excluded). Students may come to the International Student Office to collect their certificates with a completed <International Graduate Registration Form> [excluded for those who have already submitted the form to their school], <HUST Deregistration Form>, and other necessary materials.
Certificate delivery shall not be processed after July 15th during the summer vacation period until the new semester starts in September 2016.
Certificates are not made for the following students and they may collect certificates after July 10th on condition they finish the compulsory procedures:
1. Students who didn’t finish the information confirmation step as required;
2. Students who didn’t take standard photos and didn’t submit photos;
3. Students who still had incomplete online registration record;
4. Students who have not completed the tuition fee.
Those who have finished defense organized by the school but yet to be reviewed and evaluated by the HUST Academic Degree Committee may collect the certificates only after the university permission is granted and the certificates are made in the next semester.
Those who need to get their certificates notarized by the Notary Office or verified by the China Ministry of Education could refer to the illustration email regarding <How to apply for Notary and Credential Report> by the International Student Office.
