1. Eligibility and Requirements
To be eligible, applicants must:
l Be non-Chinese citizens holding a valid passport.
l Be currently enrolled at a university that has a valid student exchange agreement with HUST.
l Be officially nominated by the home university. The nomination letter must be sent to huangguan11@hust.edu.cn prior to application.
1. Program Duration
The study duration for exchange students should align with the nomination letter issued by the home university (1 semester or 1 academic year).
● 2027 Spring Semester: February 15, 2027–July 15, 2027
● 2027 Autumn Semester: September 1, 2027–January 31, 2028
2. Application and Admission Procedures
Application Deadline:
● December 15, 2026 (for 2027 Spring Intake)
● May 31, 2026 (for 2027 Autumn Intake)
Step 1.
Log in to the HUST Online Application System at http://admission.hust.edu.cn/.
Step 2.
Choose your program, upload the required documents, and submit your application.
Please discuss the detailed program name and other relevant information with Ms. HUANG via huangguan11@hust.edu.cn before apply.
Note:
The documents uploaded should be clear, complete, true, and valid. Incomplete or false applications will be rejected.
Please keep updated with your application and evaluation procedures through your Application System online.

6. Language Proficiency Certificate
English-medium Programs:
TOEFL (≥80), IELTS (≥6.0),
Equivalent certificates are accepted.
Or the previous degree education was instructed in English.
Chinese-medium Programs:
HSK 4 (Score ≥180) for Science, Engineering, Medicine;
HSK 5 (Score ≥180) for Economics, Management, Literature, Education, Philosophy, Arts and Law.
-Or the previous degree was instructed in Chinese.

A certificate issued by your local police station or law enforcement agency certifying that you have no previous criminal record.
Note: All application documents must be in Chinese or English. Documents issued in the third language should be translated in Chinese or English.
4. Fees
The registration fee, tuition fee, and other fees will be conducted according to student exchange agreements.
Other expenses for reference
On-campus dorm:700-1,400 CNY/month
Insurance Premium:1,000 CNY/year
Physical Examination Fee: 300–500 RMB
Water, electricity and internet fee:1,000-3,000 CNY/year

华中科技大学2027年国际校际交流项目招生简章
一、招生对象
1. 申请人须为持有有效护照的非中国籍公民；
2. 申请人所在高校须与我校签署有在有效期内的校际交流协议；
3. 申请人须在申请前获得所在学校的正式提名
提名信须在申请前发送至huangguan11@hust.edu.cn。
二、学习期限
学习期限以合作院校出具的提名信为准，并应与两校协议约定保持一致
（一学期或一学年）：
· 2027年春季学期：2027年2月15日至2027年7月15日；
· 2027年秋季学期：2027年9月1日至2028年1月31日。
三、申请及录取流程
申请开放日期：2026年10月15日
申请截止日期：
2026年12月15日（2027年春季入学）
2027年5月31日（2027年秋季入学）
申请步骤：
1. 登录华中科技大学国际学生招生与管理服务系统
网址：http://admission.hust.edu.cn/；
2. 选择具体项目，上传申请材料并提交申请。申请人应在正式申请前通过邮件咨询并确认专业名称等信息，邮箱：huangguan11@hust.edu.cn。
备注：
· 仅受理通过系统提交的电子申请，请勿邮寄纸质材料；
· 上传的文件应清晰、完整、真实、有效，否则将不予受理；
· 在申请过程中，请密切关注国际学生招生与管理服务系统，查看申请进度和审核状态。
四、申请材料
1. 派出院校出具的正式提名信；
2. 在读证明：由学生就读高校出具；
3. 成绩单；
4. 个人简历：包括教育背景、工作经历及论文发表情况（如有）；
5. 学习计划/研究方案（一页即可）；
6. 语言能力证明：
申请英语授课项目者，需提交相应的英语水平证明：
- 达到托福80分、雅思6.0分及以上分数；
- 或已获得我校认可的其他相关语言成绩证明；
- 或前置学历学位教育为英语的证明材料。
申请汉语授课项目者，需提交汉语水平考试（HSK）相应等级证明：
- 申请理学、工学、医学等学科专业，需提供HSK四级180分及以上证书；
- 申请经济学、管理学、文学、教育学、哲学、艺术学、法学等学科专业，需提供HSK五级180分及以上证书；
- 前置学历学位教育为汉语者，无需提供汉语水平证明。

8. 《外国人体格检查表》；
9. 无犯罪记录证明：由学生所在地的公安机关或执法机构签发。
注：以上所有材料须提供中文或英文版本，非中/英文材料需附中文或英文翻译件。
五、费用
申请费、学费及其他相关费用将依据两校合作协议的相关条款执行。
其他费用（供参考）
住宿费：700-1400元/月；
保险费：1000元/年；
体检费：300-500元；
水、电、网络费：1000-3000元/年。
