一、项目简介
华中科技大学“3+3”项目包括两个部分，三个月的汉语学习和三个月的企业实习，涉及科技、金融、管理等领域。该项目专门为汉语爱好者和希望拥有在中国公司实习经历的学生开设。“3+3”项目不仅可以帮助学生掌握基本的汉语交际能力，在短时间内了解中国文化，也可以给学生提供宝贵的实习经历，了解大学科研成果如何成功转化，感受中国不断增强的自主创新能力。
二、项目课程
1. 汉语课程
基础综合汉语、商务汉语、中国概况、汉语视听说等
每周有20个课时。(1课时=45分钟)
2. 企业实习
项目参与者将根据兴趣被分成不同的小组完成实习工作。通过在中国企业的团队合作，项目参与者可以在以下方面得到提高:
1)将技术知识应用于解决现实问题的能力;
2)培养在多元文化团队中高效的工作能力;
3)将科技创新理念转化为促进生产的能力。
此外，为了让项目参与者融入中国企业，我们将为他们建立一个专门的团队。
团队成员包括:
1)实习导师：为项目参与者提供项目或任务指导;
2)项目经理：负责安排在中国企业的实习事务;
3)生活志愿者：协助项目参与者处理日常学习与实习工作。
工作时间:8小时/天
住宿:我校国际学生公寓。
交通:学校与公司之间每天有班车往返。
餐食:华中科技大学校内享用早餐和晚餐，公司免费提供午餐。
3．证书
学生完成课程学习和企业实习后，将颁发结业证书和实习证书。

三、申请资格
1. 非中国籍人士；
2. 对华友好，无违法犯罪记录，遵守中国的法律法规和学校的规章制度；
3. 身心健康，品学兼优；
4. 年龄为16-35周岁（以2025年9月1日计）；
5. 须持有效的外国护照且已高中毕业（应届毕业生可提交在读证明作为学历证明；如被正式录取，应在报到注册时提交所需的学位证书原件）。
四、申请材料
1.个人护照照片页扫描件；
2.学历证明：最高学历证书，或在读学校签发的预计毕业证明；
3.成绩单；
4.外国人体格检查表：请点击下载文件。中国境内的申请人可上传个人健康证明或居留许可；
5.无犯罪记录证明：由公安机关或执法机构签发的无犯罪记录证明；
6.资产证明：银行账户5000美元以上（国际中文教师奖学金生无需提供）。
7.未满18周岁的申请者，须提交在华监护人署名的委托证明文件。
备注：以上所有材料须提供中文或英文版本，中文和英文以外的文本须附中文或英文译文。

1.上传的文件应清晰、完整、真实、有效，否则将不予受理；

Application Guide for 2025 Huazhong University of Science and Technology “3+3” (Chinese language +Internship) Program
HUST is a comprehensive research university under the direct supervision of the Ministry of Education. It is a participant university of the former “985” Project in China, and one of the first universities approved under the national "Double First-Class" Initiative, China’s “Excellence Initiative” for institutions of higher education, ranking among the top ten universities in China. According to the latest 2024 U.S. NEWS and QS World University Rankings, HUST ranks 100th and 275th respectively in the world universities rankings; in the 2024 Shanghai Academic Ranking of World Universities, HUST ranks 79th.

➭Brief Introduction
3+3 Program consists of two parts, 3-month Chinese learning and 3-month enterprise Internship in Chinese companies in Wuhan, covering science and technology, finance, management and other fields. This program is especially suitable for those who are extremely interested in Chinese language and culture and would like to have some internship experience in Chinese companies.
Those who accept 3+3 program not only can master basic Chinese communication and understand wonderful Chinese culture in a short period of time, but also can get a precious experience of internship to understand how university research results were successfully transformed and put into practice, and witness China’s increasing independent innovation ability.
➭Courses
1.Chinese Learning
Main courses like Elementary Comprehensive Chinese, Business Chinese, Chinese Panorama and Chinese Speaking & Listening are offered according to characteristics of the program: intensive, practical, focusing on listening and speaking.
There are 20 class hours per week. (1 class hour=45 minutes)
2.Enterprise Internship
Program participants will be divided into different groups according to their interests and allocated to the respective enterprises to finish one or a group of assignments. Through team work in Chinese companies, program participants could be improved at the following aspects:
1) apply technical knowledge to solving real-world problems;
2) develop capabilities to work effectively in multi-cultural teams;
3) create new ideas and identifying new alternatives based on technology.
Besides, in order to integrate program participants into Chinese companies, a special team would be established for them.
The team members are:
1) Internship Supervisor who offers guidance regarding projects or assignments to program participants;
2) Program Manager who arranges internship affairs;
3) Volunteers who help program participants in daily life.
Working hours:8 hours/day
Accommodation: International Student Apartments on HUST campus.
Transportation: There is a shuttle bus from HUST campus to company everyday.
Meals: Program participants have breakfast and supper on HUST campus. The lunch is offered by company for free.
After students finish the program, 2 certificates including Certificate of Completion and Certificate of Internship will be granted.
➭Eligibility
a) Be a non-Chinese citizen;
b) Be friendly to China, have no criminal record, abide by the laws and regulations of China and the rules and regulations of the Host Institution;
c) Be in good physical and mental health, be in good academic and behavioral standing;
d) Applicants must hold a valid foreign passport and have graduated from high school (Fresh graduates can provide a pre-graduation certificate during application, and provide graduation certificate before registration);
e) Be aged between 16 and 35 years on September 1, 2025.
➭Documents Needed for Application
a) A scanned copy of passport photo page
b) Academic Certificate: official certificate of your highest education or the official document of enrollment issued by the current institution.
c) Transcripts
d) Physical Examination Form (please click to download). Applicants in China can upload personal health certificate or residence permit instead.
e) Certificate of Non-criminal Record. A certificate issued by the police station or law enforcement agency certifying that you have no previous criminal record.
f) Financial Certification/Bank Statement, 5000 USD or above (No need for International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship students).
g) Applicants under the age of 18 shall provide certified documents of designation signed by their entrusted legal guardians in China.
Note: All application documents must be in Chinese or English edition. Documents issued in the third language should be translated in Chinese or English editions.
➭Application and Admission Procedures
Application Closing Dates:
- Dec 15th, 2024 (2025 spring intake)
- June 15th, 2025 (2025 autumn intake)

Step 2.
Choose a program, upload the required documents, and submit your application.
Step 3.
Pay for the application fee.
Note:
(1) The documents uploaded should be clear, complete, true, and valid. Incomplete or false applications will be rejected.
(2) Please check the status of your admission process and the admission package tracking number through the International Students Application System or emails.
(3) Application documents delivered in hard copies or sent by email will not be accepted. Only online application through International Students Application System will be reviewed by HUST International Admission Committee.
(4) Applicants may be required to provide supplementary documents or take online interviews accordingly.
