The application for AY2025-2026 HUST Exchange Programs will start on October 15th, 2024.
Please check the application guide below:
➭Eligibility
a) Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with valid passports.
b) The home university of Applicants should have signed student exchange agreements (still valid) with HUST.
c) Applicants should be nominated by the home university and a nomination letter should be sent to vivianyan@hust.edu.cn before application.
➭Duration
The study duration for the exchange student should be in accordance with the nomination letter issued by the home university (1 semester or 1 academic year).
➭Application and Admission Procedures
Application closing date:
December 10, 2024 (for 2025 Spring Intake)
June 10, 2025 (for 2025 Autumn Intake)
Step 1.
Log in to the online application system at http://admission.hust.edu.cn/.
Step 2.
Choose your program, upload the required documents, and submit your application. (Discuss the detailed program name with Ms. Vivian at vivianyan@hust.edu.cn before application online)
Note:
The documents uploaded should be clear, complete, true, and valid. Incomplete or false applications will be rejected.
Please keep updated with your application and evaluation procedures through your Application System online.

Official registration letter issued by your current home university.

Including educational background, work experience, and publication list if available.
5.Study Plan/Research Proposal
Not required for the applicants for the Chinese Language Program.
6.Language Proficiency Certificate
to apply for English Medium programs:
-TOEFL 80 or above;
-IELTS 6.0 or above;
-Other certificates of the same proficiency level which are accepted by HUST;
-Or the previous degree education was instructed in English.
to apply for Chinese Medium programs:
-HSK 4 score 180 or above for programs of Science, Engineering and Medicine;
-HSK 5 score 180 or above for programs of Economics, Management, Literature, Education, Philosophy,
Arts and Law.
-Or the previous degree was instructed in Chinese.

9.Certificate of Non-criminal Record
A certificate issued by your local police station or law enforcement agency certifying that you have no
previous criminal record.
Note: All application documents must be in Chinese or English. Documents issued in the third language should be translated in Chinese or English.
➭Fees
The registration fee, tuition fee, and other fees will be conducted according to student exchange agreements.

2025年华中科技大学国际学生招生工作于2024年10月15日正式启动。请查看校际交流项目招生简章：
一、招生对象
1.申请者应为持有有效护照的非中国籍人士;
2.申请者所在学校须与我校签署校际交流协议（有效期内）。
3.申请者须在申请前获得所在学校正式提名。
二、学习期限
申请者的学习期限应以合作院校的提名信为准，且与两校签署的协议内容一致（一学期或者一学年）。
三、申请流程
申请截至时间：
2024年12月10日（2025年春季入学）
2024年6月10日（2025年秋季入学）
第一步:
登录华中科技大学国际学生招生与管理服务系统
网址：http://admission.hust.edu.cn/
第二步:
选择具体项目，上传申请材料，提交申请（申请人需在正式网申之前和严老师发邮件vivianyan@hust.edu.cn咨询专业名称等信息）
备注：
上传的文件应清晰、完整、真实、有效，否则将不予受理。
在申请过程，密切关注招生与管理服务系统，查看申请流程和审核状态。
四、申请材料:
1.派出院校正式出具提名信
2.学习证明：学生就读高校出具的在读证明
3.成绩单
4.简历：教育背景，工作经历，论文发表情况（如有）
5.学习计划/研究方案（申请汉语进修生项目无需提供）
6.语言能力证明
申请英文授课项目者，需提交相应英语水平证明：
-托福80及以上，雅思6.0及以上;
-或我校认可的其他语言证书；
-或前置学历学位教育为英语的证明材料。
申请汉语授课项目者，需提交汉语水平考试HSK相应等级证明：
-申请理学、工学、医学等学科专业，需提供HSK 4级180分及以上证书；
-申请经济学、管理学、文学、教育学、哲学、艺术、法学等学科专业，需提供HSK 5级180分及 以上证书；
-或前置学历学位教育为汉语，无需提供汉语水平证明。

9.无犯罪记录证明：由学生所在当地公安机关或执法机构签发的无犯罪记录证明。
备注：以上所有材料须提供中文或英文版本，中文和英文以外的文本须附中文或英文译文。

申请费、学费和其他相关费用根据两校合作协议中的相关条款执行。
