Hello everyone, fellows and friends. I am Dr. Tanveer Ahmad, and I come from Pakistan. I graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in June 2019, majoring in Thermal Engineering, at School of Energy and Power Engineering.

大家好，我是 Tanveer Ahmad ，来自巴基斯坦。我2019年6月毕业于华中科技大学能源与动力工程学院热能工程专业。

My three years of study at HUST were some of the best times of my life, spent with friends, fellows, excellent professors, and many international students. I just learned that HUST is the home of many national and international students who come from different cultures. The beauty of the main campus of HUST is unique attraction: lush green roads, vast playgrounds, small lakes, many old and new academic buildings, libraries, variety of food canteens, supermarkets, etc.

在华中大度过的三年是我人生中最美好的时光，和朋友、同窗、教授以及国际学生们一起学习的场景历历在目。我意识到，华中大是许多来自不同文化的海内外学生的家。校园景色怡人、令人神往：林荫道、大操场、小湖泊、新旧教学楼、图书馆，还有各种食堂、超市等等。

I saw that the HUST is providing opportunities to many students who come from different academic backgrounds, enabling them to develop their skills to meet and solve the most advanced challenges; building their educational and leadership qualities; taking part in many social and cultural activities to learn from each other's experiences.

华中科技大学为许多来自不同学术背景的学生提供了机会，培养学生应对和解决当前挑战的能力，提升学生的学习能力和领导能力，引导学生参加社会文化活动，鼓励同学之间相互学习、共同进步。

I believe the HUST is on its way to building harmony in different cultures, producing outstanding scholars to meet the academic requirements at the national and international levels, welcoming many new international students, providing a single platform to develop their skills and leadership qualities, and developing strong voices to take on the responsibility for Peace, Tolerance, and Harmony.

华中科技大学一直秉持求同存异的理念，致力于培养更多符合国内外学术要求的优秀学者，也非常欢迎更多新的国际学生来校学习，为他们提供培养个人技能和领导才能的平台，输送更多向往和平、宽容、和谐的人才。
