华中科技大学关于做好近期教学管理工作的通知

根据当前疫情形势和属地要求，在广泛征求学生意见的基础上，经学校研究，现将近期教学管理有关安排通知如下：

1.学校坚持以学生为中心。即日起，学生可自愿申请离校返乡，由院系（培养单位）审批。学校为离校学生提供核酸检测、送站等服务。同时，学校将全力做好留校学生的生活学习保障。

2.本学期剩余课程采用线上线下相结合的方式完成，返乡学生参加线上教学，留校学生可自主选择参加线下或线上教学。

3.考试坚持公平公正原则，同一门课程按同一种考核方式，采用线上、线下或延期至下学期初考试的形式。具体安排由本科生院、研究生院会同院系（培养单位）于12月6日18:00前通知。

Notice on the recent teaching management

According to the current epidemic situation and the local epidemic prevention and control policy, and on the basis of students’ opinion, the university hereby informs the relevant arrangement of teaching management in the near future as follows:

1. The school insists on being student-centered. From now on, students can apply to leave campus and return home. The application should be approved by the school (training unit). The university will provide nucleic acid test service, drop-off service, and etc. for students plan to leave school and return home. At the same time, the university will do its best to ensure the life and study of the students stay on campus.

2. The remaining courses of this semester will be delivered in a hybrid mode. Students who return home can attend the courses online, while students who stay can choose to attend the courses in person or online.

3. The examination shall adhere to the principle of fairness and justice. The examination for the same course shall be conducted in the same way, either online or offline or postponed to the beginning of the next semester. The specific arrangement will be notified by the Undergraduate School, Graduate School and the school (training unit) before 18:00 on December 6.
