Notice regarding printing of transcripts and other certificates during epidemic prevention and control

To all international students:

HUST has recently launched a system of online application for transcript and other certificates, which is also open to international students. The guidelines of how to use the system are as follows:

· For undergraduate students

1. Log in to https://cjd.hust.edu.cn, and then click the "Trusted Electronic Transcript" system.

2. After entering the system, you will get a transcript with electronic signature and a PDF file of the certificate of enrollment. The document is stamped with an internationally recognized digital signature certificate, which can automatically achieve integrity verification through Adobe Reader (the official version of Adobe Reader 9 or above), and can display the verification information and issue time of digital certificates. Once the content of the electronic voucher file is changed, the official seal becomes invalid and cannot be verified by CHESICC (China Higher Education Student Information and Career Center).

3. Log in to CHESICC https://www.chsi.com.cn/cjdyz/index to verify the trusted electronic transcript.

4. During the trial operation, the system temporarily does not support the function of sending file to the designated mailbox, and the file can be sent to your HUST mailbox only.

· For postgraduate students

1. Search for "校务行" on WeChat or scan the QR code to enter the Mini Program. Select "Huazhong University of Science and Technology" and enter the login information, the account number is the student number, and the password is the last six digits of your ID.

2. Electronic transcripts are available in two formats: Chinese transcript and English transcript, and the preview image are shown as follows. The electronic version will be sent to the personal mailbox, which can be printed for free during the epidemic. If you did not receive the email, you can resend it in the application record.

· For language students

关于疫情防控期间打印成绩单等证明的通知

全体国际学生：

学校近期推出了网络申请办理成绩单的系统，该系统对国际学生同样开放，具体操作如下：

1.本科生

（1）登录https://cjd.hust.edu.cn，输入统一身份认证账号及密码，进入“可信电子成绩单”系统。

（2）成功登录后，可获得具有电子签章的成绩单、在读证明PDF文件。文件加盖国际认可的数字签名证书，可通过Adobe阅读器（Adobe Reader 9以上正式版本）自动实现完整性验证，可以显示数字证书的验证信息、签发时间等。电子凭证文件内容一经更改，公章失效，且无法通过学信网验证。

（3）登录 “中国高等教育学生信息网（学信网）（https://www.chsi.com.cn/cjdyz/index），进行可信电子成绩单验证。

（4）试运行期间，系统暂不支持电子凭证发送指定邮箱的功能，文件仅发送至本科生个人hust邮箱。

2. 研究生

（2）电子成绩单有：中文成绩单和英文成绩单两种形式如图二，生成预览图如图三，检查无误后，电子版发送至个人邮箱，疫情期间可免费打印，如未到邮箱可以在申请记录中重新发送。
