“世界风 喻园情”2016年华中科技大学中外学生新年晚会将于2015年12月30日在管理学院报告厅举行，请各位同学前来办公室领取门票。

一、领取时间

       09:00-11:00

       15:00-17:00

二、领取地点

       留学生办公室接待台

三、注意事项

       1、晚会必须凭票进入。

             入场时间：12月30日18:00-18:40 (18:40后停止入场）

       2、门票有限，先到先得。

       3、每人领取一张（请带上学生证），不能代领。

       4、演员无需领票。

       5、请保留好门票。

3. Notes

    1) Entry with ticket only!

        Entry time for the Gala: 18:00-18:40 December 30, 2015.(The door will close at 18:40)

    2) First come, first served! Tickets are limited.

    3)1 person only collects 1 ticket (with your Student ID Card) and couldn't get ticket for other people.

    4) The performers don’t need to collect ticket.

    5) Please keep your ticket well.
