Our research interests include utilizing multiscale simulation techniques to explore state-of-the-art materials science and device physics problems: • Multiscale modeling of nanoparticles for catalyst and photo-catalyst applications • Rational materials design for energy generation and storage applications • Device physics of nanoelectronics and organic electronics • Software development for materials research • Atomic layer deposition (theory, experiment, and equipment design)
