Research Interest

The work in our lab is focused on the structure-based protein engineering. We use methods, such as X-ray crystallography, NMR and homology modeling, to determine or predict the protein structures. Based on the structural information, we perform engineering work to alter the functions of target proteins with the intend to meet the specific needs in various applications in academia and industry.
