Inorganic thin film photovoltaics: using vapor based technology (thermal and E-Beam evaporation, CSS, sputtering ) and solution process (spin-coating, spray and printing) to fabricate non-toxic, earth-abundant thin film for high efficiency solar cells. 2. Colloidal quantum dot based thin film solar cells and Infrared photodetectors; 3.Two dimensional semiconductor electronics and optoelectronics: crystal growth, TFT,photodetectors, photovoltaic.
