Research Interest
1. Thin film photovoltaics: using vapor based technology (thermal and E-Beam evaporation, CSS, sputtering ) and solution process (spin-coating, spray and printing) to fabricate non-toxic, earth-abundant thin film for high efficiency solar cells. Currently focus on antimony selenide (Sb2Se3), antimony sulfide (Sb2S3) and copper zinc tin sulfoselenide (CZTSSe);
2. Colloidal quantum dot based flexible gas sensors and photodetectors
