Research Interest

Fifteen years’ experience in molecular biology and cell biology with well-trained lab techniques ready to use, got 3 National Science Foundation of China and about 2 milion yuan funding, studied and performed some research works of tumor metastasis and cancer gene therapy related research, with strong records in four fields: 1) Establishment of tumor-selective replication adenovirus construct platform targeted to metastasis; 2) Establishment of several cancer metastasis models including orthotopic hepatic/breast/ovarian/gastric carcinoma model mice under surgery; 3)Inactivation of cell cycle checkpoint kinases (Chk1, Chk2 and Plk1) enhanced radio- and chemo- therapy to many kinds of cancer cells; 4) Target Carcinoma Recurrence and Metastasis: Developing Tumor-Selective Adenovirus Mutant transported by MSC as Novel Anticancer Approach.
