Team Panda Scholars

The giant panda is a national treasure that Chinese are proud of. Its cute and chubby appearance and gentle and friendly characteristics that transcend racial, cultural, national, and ideological boundaries are loved by people all over the world and have become a symbol of China, attracting more and more international students to pursue their dreams to such a magical land. Today, the team "Panda Scholars" is presented to you, which is formed by the students from School of Energy and Power Engineering, China-EU Institute for Clean and Renewable Energy, and School of Materials Science and Engineering. From the bottom of their heart, it began to lift the cloud of imagination toward HUST and China as the members stepped on this land. Today's China is such a powerhouse with an open, confident, and inclusive mind. Today's HUST is such a place where different languages and cultures are no longer barriers, and where the members can always feel the warmth and care flowing from their home university.

The members of the team cherish the opportunity to participant in the contest that offers such a close cultural exchange. They hope to gain a comprehensive understanding of HUST’s rich history, to feel once again the endless charming of traditional Chinese culture, and to express the shared cognitive sentiments of young people around the world. Consistent with their team name, the "Panda Scholars" is like a link between China and the rest of the world. The members will take their experience in China and share them with their family and friends back in their hometown about the spirit of Chinese culture that embodies warmth, peace, and unity, so that more people can feel the sincerity and goodwill reflected from the Orient and generate emotional resonance beyond national borders.
