On the afternoon of November 25th, the 2022 "Discover at HUST" Online Promotional Session for Global Partners—fifth session for Gyeongsang National University (G.N.U), South Korea, was successfully held. Ms. KIM MINJU, in charge of outbound mobility program at International Affairs of G.N.U, and students from G.N.U attended the session.
Ms. YAN Wei, from School of International Education, HUST, gave a detailed introduction to the university development history, comprehensive ranking, discipline construction, social service, campus environment and “Discover at HUST” online programs. She introduced the cooperation between HUST and G.N.U and other top universities in South Korea. In Q&A part, students from G.N.U asked questions about visa policy, vaccination and campus accommodation. Ms. Yan Wei answered their questions in details.
Gyeongsang National University is one of the Ten National Universities in South Korea. Renowned as the Top Key University of Gyeongsangnam-do, it is praised as the exemplary university in reform and innovation. HUST and G.N.U have a long history of cooperation. The student exchange agreement was signed in 1998 and nearly 50 G.N.U students have been sent to HUST for exchange since 2007. In the spring semester of 2022, four students will be sent by G.N.U to study at HUST.
