In the end of 2019, Wuhan, the capital city of central China's Hubei Province, was hit by a pneumonia caused by the noval coronavirus--COVID-19.  "The world is always with us." After the outbreak of the disease, Wuhan has been receiving strong support and care from all over the country and the world. The worldwide blessings, supplies and support have given us unprecedented confidence.
In the early spring of 2020, "Wuhan Jiayou! Zhongguo Jiayou!(Stay Strong, Wuhan! Stay Strong, China!") is the most pleasant voice which reaches people's hearts across mountains and rivers.
As HUST's partner universities, Wayne State University (WSU) in America, Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) in Brazil and the Confucius Institutes at the two mentioned universities expressed their encouragement and sympathy to show that they are here by our side.
Thank you!
"武汉加油!中国加油!     这个早春时节最动听的声音,跨越万水千山,直抵人心。
