To all international students,
全体国际学生：
In order to counter the sudden outbreak of the novel coronavirus in Wuhan, HUST set up a leading taskforce group in January 20th, to control and prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus outbreak. At the same time, to further ensure the health and safety of all international students in Wuhan, we hereby inform you as follows:
针对近期武汉发生的新型冠状病毒疫情，1月20日，学校成立防控新型冠状病毒感染肺炎工作领导小组和工作小组。为进一步确保在汉国际学生身体健康和生命安全，现做补充通知如下：
1. Strictly control the entry into the campus. Vehicles and pedestrians on the main campus can only enter through the main gate, northeast gate and east campus gate. The gate of the Tongji campus is normally accessible. Valid identity are required and temperature testing below 37.3 ℃ are allowed to enter.
严格控制人员、车辆进入校园。主校区车辆、行人入校仅可
从南二门、东北门、东校区大门通行。同济校区校大门正常通行。所有司乘人员、行人进校需提供有效证件，接受体温检测，37.3℃以下方可入校。
2. Canteens and supermarkets on campus will provide food and supply for students and staff. First floor of Baijing canteen 、Xueyi canteen in the main campus and the first floor of Tongde canteen, Yongfeng plaza and Tonghua canteen in the TJMC are open. 3. The university will temporarily close its public areas
including school of Economics and school of Management, all teaching buildings, library, and gymnasium in TJMC, etc.
暂时关闭主校区经管大楼、教学楼、图书馆、体育馆、医学
院体育馆等公共场馆。
4. Daily disinfection in the public area of the student
dormitory will be conducted. All students living in dormitory are requested to report your safety and conditions to your own dormitory management office within the prescribed time on daily basis. If you fail to report during the prescribed time period, the dormitory management staff will visit your room for security check.
学生宿舍公共区域内外每日进行消毒。在校学生每天需主动
在规定时间内跟各公寓报平安，如在规定时间前不报，公寓管理部门将上门检查。
5. The university hospital (main campus) opens in 24
hours, including emergency department only. You can call 87541120 for consultation.
Time open: 8:30am-11:30am
2:30pm-5:00pm
In case of fever (underarm temperature ≥37.3 ℃),
please call 120 of Wuhan Emergency Center, and they will help you to transfer to the specific hospital for free. If 120 cannot be transferred, you can dial 87753020 (Hongshan District only). If your roommate or classmates in the same laboratory confirmed the novel coronavirus, you should actively cooperate with the investigation and isolation.

若出现发热（腋下温度≥37.3℃），请拨打武汉市急救中心电

6.Students who are living off-campus can purchase the
living necessities from the nearby supermarket. The opening time for the supermarkets in Wuhan currently is as follows:
居住校外的同学如有需要可到附近超市购买所需物品，武汉
近期各大超市营业时间如下：
i. 中百仓储Zhongbai Supermarket：10:00-17:00
ii. 武商超市Wushang Supermarket：10:00-17:00
iii.沃尔玛超市Walmart：10:00-18：00
iv. 永旺超市每日营业时间截止到IEON closes at：15:30
v. 盒马生鲜Hema Supermarket：9:00-18:30（线上截止到Online shopping until 17:30）
