To all international students:

Most updated notices regarding prevention of novel coronavirus is as follows:

1.     Immigration notices

1)     For evacuation purposes, you are requested to contact your own embassy/consulate in China and after approval from the Foreign Affairs Office of Hubei Province, your embassy will provide a detailed evacuation plan and organize it.

2)     Foreigners who disobey Chinese law and regulations and leave Wuhan during this lockdown period randomly, will be punished by law as the same standard as Chinese citizens.

3)     None Wuhan residents will be allowed to enter Wuhan during this lockdown period.

2.     We collect some information for international students living off-campus, especially supermarkets and drug stores information as follows:

1)     Opening time of supermarkets in Wuhan recently (some will adjust timely)

Zhongbai Supermarket：10:00-17:00(Zhongbai provides fresh supplies on daily basis at reasonable prices and donations from across the country are available to help Wuhan citizens at this crucial time period)

Wushang Supermarket：10:00-17:00

Walmart：10:00-18：00

IEON closes at：15:30

Hema Supermarket：9:00-18:30

2)     All drug stores across the city will be open From January 28, and international students living off-campus can purchase according to your needs. You are requested to fully equip yourself when you are outside.

3.     Kindly reminder to all international students once again that you are NOT allowed to return to campus before the regulated time. We will announce as soon as we receive updates.

4.     This is spring festival and Wuhan lockdown is an emergency conducted by municipal government by law. All ISO staff are at home across the nation and we are not allowed to be back to campus before this lockdown is over. We sincerely appreciate your understanding that we can not come side by side with our students at this time, however, all ISO staff will provide all necessary help with 100% efforts and provide all updated information timely. 全体国际学生：

关于新型冠状病毒防控工作，最新通知如下：

一、出入境相关通知

1、外国人如需离开武汉，需与本国在华大使馆、领事馆联系，等待使领馆照会省外办，经相关部门批准后，使领馆组织安排统一离汉。

2、外国人私自离汉不遵守相关规定的，按照相关法律法规处置，处置标准与中国公民一致。

3. 严禁非武汉常住外国人进入武汉。

二、针对在校外居住的国际学生，我们整理了相关超市和药店的服务通知，汇总如下：

1、武汉近期各大超市营业时间（全市各大超市具体营业时间以实时通知为准）

（1）中百仓储：10:00-17:00（全市中百超市均正常营业，货物充足，价格稳定，还提供全国各地捐赠的爱心菜，价格便宜）

（2）武商超市：10:00-17:00

（3）沃尔玛超市：10:00-18:00

（4）永旺超市每日营业时间截止到15:30

（5）盒马鲜生：9:00-18:30

2、全市各药店自1月28日起正常营业，请有需要的同学前往住所附近药店购买所需药品，做好个人防护。

三、再次提醒国际学生在开学日期不确定之前，不得提前返校，具体开学日期我们会第一时间发布通知。

四、此时正值春节假期，国际学生办公室的老师们大都在各自老家过年，加上武汉封城，湖北省道路交通管制，这些都给我们的工作造成了不便，请同学们谅解。我们会密切关注新型肺炎疫情的发展状况，并随时为国际学生提供必要的力所能及的帮助。同学们如遇困难，也可以拨打以下热线电话：
