To all the international students:
Recently, the International Student Office received reports from dormitory management department of international students violating fire safety regulations, and causing safety risks. In order to prevent fire accidents and protect life and property safety in the dormitory, the International Student Office now emphasizes the fire safety regulations and requires all international students to strictly abide by it.
1.Intentionally damaging or moving fire-fighting or monitoring equipment without authorization is prohibited, including behaviors as intentionally damaging or covering the smoke sensors;
2.Reserve or use of flammable, explosive, corrosive, toxic substances and alcohol furnace, gas, and other hazardous materials as well as illegal electronics equipment are forbidden;
3.Use of open fire, private wire pulling, or embezzlement of public power are strictly prohibited;
4.The fire-fighting access and public area shall not be occupied.
International students who are engaged in the above behaviors, will be received serious punishment from the university.
1.Where any violation of the regulations is still not corrected, disciplinary action shall be imposed.
2.Where any violation of the regulations causes serious safety risk, the student will be disqualified from accommodation in the apartment, also be subject to disciplinary action.
3.Where any violation of the regulations causes serious consequences, the student will be expelled from the university.
International students who reside off the campus should also comply with fire safety management regulations, and pay attention to their life and property safety, and prevent themselves from any accidents.

关于强调遵守消防安全规定的通知
全体国际学生：
近日，接宿舍管理部门通报，部分国际学生在宿舍内违反消防安全规定，造成安全隐患。为预防火灾事故的发生，保护公寓内人员生命及财产的安全，国际学生办公室现再次强调消防安全规定，并要求全体国际学生严格遵守。
1.不得故意损坏、擅自挪动消防器材或监控设备(含恶意损坏烟感器的行为)；
2.严禁储藏或使用易燃、易爆、强腐蚀性、酒精炉、煤气，有毒物品等危险品及违章电器；
3.严禁使用明火，私拉电线、盗用公共用电；
4.不得占用消防通道和公共区域。
违反以上规定的，学校将严肃处理。
1.违反规定经劝说仍不改正的，予以纪律处分；
2.违反规定造成严重安全隐患的，取消当事人校内住宿资格，同时予以纪律处分；
3.违反规定造成严重后果的，开除学籍。
校外居住的学生也应遵守消防安全管理规定，注意自身生命财产安全，防止各类安全事故发生。
