According to the university's winter vacation schedule for 2026, the staff rotation period will run from January 27 to February 26, 2026. Relevant arrangements for the vacation are hereby notified as follows:
1. During the winter vacation, for any urgent matters, please visit ISO or ISO(Tongji medical campus)during duty hours:
Dates: Jan 27–Feb 13 & Feb 24–26
Hours: 8:30–11:30 AM, 2:30–5:30 PM
2. Students who have the plan to leave Wuhan should submit an application to your supervisor/counselor for departmental approval, with a copy submitted to ISO for record. All students are required to return to campus before March 1, 2026.
3. Throughout the vacation, all students are reminded to pay attention to traffic safety, electrical safety, and personal warmth, and are encouraged to maintain a regular daily routine.
4. Excessive drinking is strictly prohibited at all times and in all settings.
5. In case of any emergency, please contact the dormitory staff, school/department counselor, or the on-duty staff at ISO immediately.

关于2026年寒假工作安排的通知
全校国际学生:
按照学校2026年寒假工作安排,本学期寒假教职工轮休从2026年1月27日开始,至2026年2月26日结束。现将寒假相关工作安排通知如下:
1. 寒假期间,如有任何紧急问题或紧急业务办理需求,请前往国际学生办公室或医科国际学生办公室,值班时间为1月27日至2月13日、2月24日至2月26日,上午8:30-11:30,下午2:30-5:30。
2. 有计划离汉离华的国际学生须向导师/辅导员申请,由院系审批,报国际学生办公室备案,并应在3月1日之前返校。
3. 国际学生寒假期间务必注意交通安全,用电安全,注意防寒保暖,保持良好作息习惯。
4. 严禁在任何时间、任何场合酗酒。
5.如遇突发情况,要第一时间联系公寓工作人员、院系辅导员或国际学生办公室值班老师。
