Notice on the Clearance of Abandoned Bicycles and Electric Vehicles on Campus

To all faculty, staff and students:

To enhance the campus environment, standardize parking order, and make full use of the campus public parking resources, a centralized cleanup of abandoned bicycles and electric bicycles (hereinafter referred to as "abandoned vehicles") in the public areas of the campus is scheduled to be carried out in September 2025. Relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Identification Criteria for Abandoned Vehicles  

Bicycles and electric vehicles parked in public areas of the campus that are damaged, covered in dust, have flat tires, severely rusted components, or show other signs of long-term disuse will be considered abandoned vehicles.  

II. Scope of Clearance for Abandoned Vehicles  

1. Abandoned vehicles in student dormitories, apartment areas, teaching, research, and administrative buildings, as well as residential areas.  

2. Abandoned vehicles locked to public facilities such as utility poles, streetlight poles, railings, signboards, and trees.

3. Abandoned vehicles discarded in green belts, fire lanes, main roads, and other areas that obstruct traffic, pose safety hazards, or detract from the campus appearance.  

III. Storage and Removal of Cleared Abandoned Vehicles  

Cleared abandoned vehicles will be moved to a designated public notice area and stored for no less than 15 days. After this period, they will be processed and removed from the campus.

关于清理校内废旧自行车(电动车)的通知

全校师生员工：

为了美化校园环境，规范停车秩序，充分利用校园公共停车资源，拟于2025年9月对校园公共区域内遗弃的废旧自行车和电动车（以下简称“废旧车辆”）进行集中清理。现将相关事项通知如下：

一、废旧车辆的认定标准

停放在校园公共区域内，车身残破、落满灰尘、轮胎没气、机件严重锈蚀等长期无人使用的自行车、电动车视为废旧车辆。

二、清理废旧车辆的范围

（一）学生宿舍、公寓区域、教学科研行政大楼、家属区的废旧车辆；

（二）锁在学校电线杆、路灯杆、护栏、指示牌、树木等公共设施上的废旧车辆；

（三）丢弃在学校绿化带、消防通道、主要干道、以及其它影响交通，造成隐患、有损校容的废旧车辆。

三、被清理废旧车辆的存放与清运

被认定清理的废旧车辆将划定公示区，集中存放不少于十五天，之后将陆续处理并清运出校园。
