关于已毕业国际学生滞留行李处置的通知


根据国际学生公寓管理要求,为了确保学生公寓的消防安全,各公寓将为已毕业学生暂时免费保管滞留行李至2025630日。在此期间,希望学生能配合处理。处理办法如下:

1. 所有滞留行李的整理、打包、运输由国际学生本人自行安排,国际学生办公室和公寓部门不提供打包、运输和寄送回国服务

2. 学生本人可以书面授权自己的同胞或同学帮忙打包、寄存、寄送回国。被委托人提供有学生本人签字的授权书给公寓部门,在确认信息正确后,公寓部门方可为其开门,打包或寄存工作必须一次性完成。

3. 滞留行李的整理、打包、运输过程中,如发生遗失、破损、或处理不当等问题,由学生本人和被委托人自行商量处理。

4. 如学生确认个人物品可以丢弃,请授权公寓工作人员帮忙处置。

5.2025630日之后,如果没有收到如何处理滞留行李的回复,各公寓将直接清理掉所有滞留行李。

*以上方案均需提供如下资料:授权书、授权人和被授权人的护照复印件。

Notice on the Assistance for Stranded Luggage of International Students

June 19, 2025

To all international students:

In accordance with the management requirements of international student dormitories, to ensure the fire safety of student dormitories, each dormitory will temporarily store the stranded luggage of graduated students for free until June 30, 2025. During this period, it is hoped that students can cooperate in handling the matter. The handling methods are as follows:

1. The sorting, packing and transportation of stranded luggage shall be arranged by the international students themselves. ISO and Apartment do not provide packing, domestic or international transportation services.

2. Students can authorize their compatriots or friends to help with packing, domestic or international transportation. The entrusted person should be provided with an authorization letter signed by the student. After confirming that the information is correct, the apartment staff could open the dormitory door for the entrusted person. Packing and storage must be completed in one time.

3. In the process of sorting, packing, and transporting stranded luggage, in case of loss, damage, or improper handling, the student and the entrusted person shall discuss and deal with it by themselves.

4. If students confirm that their personal belongings can be discarded, please authorize the apartment staff to handle them for them.

5.After June 30 if not received the reply how to deal with the retention of luggage, each apartment will clean up all the stranded baggage directly.


*For the above three solutions, the following documents must be provided to your apartment staff: authorization letter, passport copies of yours and the authorized person.
