关于开展本科国际学生课堂检查工作的通知

全体本科国际学生：

根据武汉市出入境管理局和学校相关管理规定，我校近期将进行国际本科生到课率检查。为确保大家的合法居留和学习权益，特此通知如下：

一、检查内容

武汉市出入境管理局、国际学生办公室、培养院系等将会随机进入国际本科生课堂，检查国际学生出勤情况，确保国际学生出勤率符合相关规定。

二、考勤管理

1.加强考勤：国际教育学院国际学生办公室及培养院系将严格落实课程考勤，记录每位学生的到课情况。

2.定期汇报：考勤结果将定期报送至武汉市出入境管理局，以确保信息的准确传递。

三、后果说明

出勤结果将直接影响国际学生居留许可期限，包括：缩短现有居留许可期限、下一年度居留许可的申请与办理等。

四、注意事项

1.按时上课：请认真查看自己的课程表，提前做好时间规划，确保按时到达课堂；

2.请假说明：如因特殊情况无法到课，请提前向院系辅导员及相关老师请假并提供相关证明；

3.重要性提示：请各位同学务必重视课堂出席，按时参加所有课程，以免对个人学籍和居留许可产生不利影响。

Notice on Conducting Attendance Check for International Undergraduate Students

Dear International Undergraduate Students,

In accordance with the regulations of the Exit and Entry Administration Department of Wuhan Public Security Bureau and the university’s related regulations, the university will conduct an attendance check for international undergraduate students. The arrangements are notified as the follwoing:

1. Content of the Check

The Exit and Entry Administration Department of Wuhan Public Security Bureau, International Students Office (ISO), and relevant academic departments will randomly check the attendance of international undergraduate students in class to ensure that their attendance rates comply with the relevant regulations.

2. Attendance Management

a)The International Students Office and academic departments will strictly implement attendance checks, recording each student’s presence in class.

b) Attendance records will be regularly reported to Exit and Entry Administration Department of Wuhan Public Security Bureau.

3. Consequences

The attendance will directly impact the validity of the residence permit, including the possibility of shortening the current residence permit duration or affecting the application of the residence permit for the following year.

4. Important Reminders

a) **Attend Classes on Time**: Please check your class schedule carefully and plan your time in advance to ensure punctual attendance.

b) **Application for leave**: If you are unable to attend class due to special reason, please submit leave applications in advance to your department counselor and teachers, providing the necessary document.

c) **The importance**: Please take class attendance seriously and ensure you attend all scheduled classes to avoid negative influence on your academic status and residence permit.
