The registration for International students in 2024 autumn semester is hereby notified as follows:

1. Registration time

Aug.30-Sep.15, 2024

2. Registration method

You can choose one of the following ways to complete the registration:

1) Through the PC: log in the "Student Register and Personal Information Management System" (http://register.hust.edu.cn) to finish the registration;

2) Through the WeChat App “HUST Enterprise Account” or HUST Micro Campus: HUST Micro Campus - Application Center - Semester Registration;

3) Through the Administrative Service Center: go to the "Campus Card and Semester Registration Self-service Terminal" in the 24-hour self-service area.

3. Notes

1) All international students should register within the prescribed time to obtain the qualification for the new semester.

2) Students who cannot register as scheduled time should apply to their department for deferment of registration within the prescribed registration time. The department shall strictly review the application. Students should register before the extension deadline.

3) Students who failed to register as required time will be not qualified to study in HUST and their student ID cards will blocked automatically.

关于2024-2025学年第一学期国际学生注册工作的通知

各院（系）、全体国际学生：

现将2024-2025学年第一学期国际学生注册有关事项通知如下：

1.注册时间

2024年8月30日～9月15日。

2.注册方式

注册期间开放“学生注册及基本信息管理信息系统”（http://register.hust.edu.cn），可选择以下任一方式完成注册。

1) 登录“学生注册及基本信息管理信息系统”（http://register.hust.edu.cn） PC端，按步骤完成注册；

2) 通过“华中大微校园”微信端，选择“华中大微校园——应用中心——学期注册”完成注册；

3) 前往师生服务中心自助服务区的“校园卡与学期注册自助服务终端”完成注册。

3.注意事项

1) 全校各类国际学生应在规定的注册时间内完成注册，以取得新学期学习资格。

2) 因特殊原因不能如期注册的国际学生，应在规定的注册时间内向所在院系申请暂缓注册，待所在院系审核通过后，国际学生应在允许延期注册截止时间之前完成注册。

3) 未按规定注册的国际学生，由学校根据有关规定予以处理。
