To all graduates in spring of 2017,

In order to register all graduates in spring of 2017 in the China’s Ministry of Education registration system, all graduates in spring of 2017 are required to take the standard photos in the university. The detailed time and location are as follows:

Time: Nov.25, 2016 (Friday) 9:00-12:00

Place:International Student Activity Center (third floor, Affiliated Building, Friendship Apartment).

Individuals who cannot appear on that day shall go by themselves to take photos at Room 402, Dong6 Building before Dec.9, 2017.

All students shall be responsible for any bad consequence if they do not follow the arrangement.

Notes

1.DO NOT wear blue clothes in case of affecting the quality of image.

2. Bring Student ID or Smart Card and 20 Yuan Cash shall be carried with (very important)

3. Everybody should wait in line. After signing your name, PLEASE BE SURE to follow the order in the name list.

4. Electronic Version of the photo shall be registered in the university as well as the China’s Ministry of Education registration system.

Hard copies of the photos shall be kept by the University for Graduation Certificates.

毕业生相片采集通知

2017年春季毕业生：

为了在学校及国家注册管理信息系统注册所有毕业生，我校2017年春季毕业的所有外国留学生须参加相片采集。

相片采集时间：2016年11月25日(周五)上午9:00-12:00

相片采集地点：留学生活动中心(友谊公寓附属楼三楼)

不能在当日参加相片采集的学生需在2017年12月9日之前自行前往东六楼402办公室完成相片采集，联系人：夏老师，联系电话: 87542359。

不允许任何其他形式的拖延，如学生不按照安排规定，造成的后果由学生个人承担。

注意事项：

1.照相时不要着蓝色衣服，以免影响拍照效果。

2.请携带学生证或一卡通，以及20元现金(非常重要)。

3.请自觉排队，现场签到后，务必按签名顺序排队照相，避免相片信息出错。

4.照片的电子版须在我校注册，并上传至国家注册和管理信息系统。

纸质档照片将由学校作为毕业证照片保存。
