The Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) Business Chinese Program aims to help international students improve their business-related Chinese communication ability and employment competitiveness in China.
The program includes listening, speaking, reading and writing classes which will be taught by a team of specialized teaching staff from the Center for Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language, HUST. Students can learn more about Chinese language and culture, as well as business etiquette in this program.
Students who complete all the required courses and pass the examination will receive a Certificate of Completion issued by the Center for Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language, HUST. The outstanding students will also be recommended to apply for an internship or a job in renowned Chinese companies.

August 1, 2024-January 31, 2025

4. Application Criteria
The applicant should:
① hold a valid foreign passport and have graduated from high school (high school graduates can provide a pre-graduation certificate during application, and provide graduation certificate before registration);
② be aged between 18 and 40 years old;
③ be in good physical and mental health;
④ have a non-criminal record.
5. Required Documents
① Passport;
② Diploma and transcript of highest level of education;
③ Physical examination report (Applicants in China can upload personal health certificate or residence permit instead);
④ Non-Criminal Record and Discipline Record
⑤ Financial Certification/Bank statement (5000 USD or above).
Note: All application documents must be in Chinese or English edition. Documents issued in the third language should be translated in Chinese or English editions.
6. Fees
① Application fee: RMB 600/person (to be paid online, non-refundable)
② Tuition fee: RMB 9,500/person/1 semester (full amount should be paid before the official registration of classes)

Chinese companies would be invited to give lectures to international students. Students would also be organized to visit companies.
8. Registration and Accommodation Arrangement
Register from July 29 to July 31, 2024.
International students' apartments will be arranged after students’ arrival at HUST.
9. Preferential Policies
HUST will purchase medical insurance for students, and the insurance will be valid for the whole duration of the program.

华中科技大学商务汉语项目旨在通过实用商务汉语语言技能培训，提高国际学生的商务汉语水平。通过社会认知文化讲座拓展、课外实习实践观摩等为国际学生开启一扇了解中国的窗口，帮助他们更好地了解中国国情、认同中国文化、融入中国社会生活，提升在华就业竞争力。
项目由我校对外汉语教学中心优质汉语教师团队授课，课程内容包括听、说、读、写四大模块。学生在学习期间能进一步了解中国语言文化，熟悉商务文化礼仪。课程实用性强，着重提升学生的商务汉语应用能力。
按规定修完全部课程，并通过考核的学生，将获得由华中科技大学对外汉语教学中心颁发的结业证书。对于学习优秀者，优先推荐到中国知名企业实习或就业。
1. 学习时间：2024年8月1日—2025年1月31日；
2. 申请报名时间：即日起至2024年7月15日截止；
3. 申请方式：通过http://admission.hust.edu.cn注册报名。
4. 报名条件：
1）须持有效的外国护照且已高中毕业（高三应届毕业生可提交在读证明作为学历证明；如被正式录取，应在报到注册时提交所需的学位证书原件）；
2）年龄在18～40岁之间；
3）身体健康；
4）无违法记录。
5. 申请所需资料：
1）个人护照；
2）最高学历证书及学习成绩单；
3）体检报告，在中国境内的申请人可上传个人健康证明或居留许可；
4）无犯罪记录或在校表现证明；
5）资金证明（5000美元及以上）。
备注：以上所有材料须提供中文或英文版本，中文和英文以外的文本须附中文或英文译文。
6. 收费标准：
（1）申请费：人民币600元/人（在线申请时支付，申请未通过不退还）
（2）学 费：人民币9500元/人/学期，正式注册前一次性缴纳全额学费，学费缴纳渠道如下：
