On October 30, 2025, 2025 “Discover China” series lecture – "Notarization for Studying in China: What International Student Need to Know" was successfully hold. More than 100 international students attended the lecture.

Ms Li Bo, the practicing notary from Wuhan Shangxin Notary Office, was invited to give the lecture. Drawing on real-life cases, Li Bo provided a detailed introduction on the concept of notarization, its application scenarios, the processing procedures, and common issues regarding notarization and authentication. The presentation was both professional and practical, offering the students a clearer and more comprehensive understanding of notarization and effectively addressing potential confusions they might encounter in this area.


As one of the top ten Campus Cultural Activity brands, “Discover China” consists of a series of activities such as national condition education field trips, humanities lectures, and cultural salons, with the aim of presenting international students a real and vivid picture of China through diverse aspects. It seeks to deepen international students' understanding of China's national conditions and culture, cultivating outstanding talents who understand and befriend China.
The successful holding of the lecture marks another vivid practice of "Discover China" brand. It provided international students with practical knowledge, further enriching their study experience in China. In the future, the School of International Education will continue to enrich "Discover China" brand to carry out more diverse and substantial activities, assisting international students to have a comprehensive understanding of traditional Chinese culture, the Communist Party of China, and Chinese modernization.
