On the afternoon of November 26th, Sudan Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research Delegation visited our school.
Ding Lieyun, the president of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, met with the delegation personally and had a meeting with them. Presents at the meeting were Mr. He Gang, Deputy Director of International Exchange Center, Ms. Zhao Xiaofeng, Vice Dean of School of International Education and other relevant personnel. During the meeting, the  delegation learned the basic situation of HUST and the life of Sudan students here at HUST. Both parties carried out active discussion on the training programs for students from Sudan in the future.

After the meeting, the delegation met with students from Sudan and visited the History Museum of HUST. At present, there are 27 students from Sudan studying in HUST, including 2 masters and 9 doctors. Until now, 64 Sudan students have successfully graduated from HUST and devoted to serving for their country.

       2014年11月26日，苏丹高等教育和科学研究部代表团来我校访问。
       华中科技大学校长丁烈云亲自接见了代表团，并与代表团举行了会谈。出席会议的还有国际交流处副处长何刚、国际教育学院副院长赵晓峰以及其他相关人员。会议期间，代表团了解到了我校基本情况及我校苏丹留学生现状，双方就今后为苏丹培养人才的相关事宜展开了积极探讨。
       会议结束后，代表团会见了苏丹留学生，并前往校史馆参观。目前共有27名苏丹学生在我校学习，其中硕士研究生2名，博士研究生9名，到目前为止我校已为苏丹培养64名人才。
