In order to better review the relationship between HUST and Rzeszow University of Technology (RUT), Poland, HUST organized a farewell ceremony on January, 14thfor the Polish students who are leaving HUST in a few days. Mr. Lan Hanghang, Officer for International Admission and Scholarships, gave a summary of the unforgettable 2014 moment with all polish students from RUT and highly appreciated the relationship between HUST, China and RUT, Poland.
DUNIN/ SLAWOMIR PIOTR, Visiting student, School of Mechanical Science and Engineering and RZEZNIK/BEATA BARBARA, Master of School of Economics shared their experiences in HUST. Both of them mentioned the good education they received, the kind teachers they had and the wonderful friends they made during this time. They also expressed their profound love for HUST and China.
Ms. Zhao Xiaofeng, Vice dean of the School of International Education delivered a speech to express the congratulations and gratitude to the students. She conveyed her wishes to all polish students and warmly stated that HUST will always welcome them in the future. During the ceremony, Ms. Zhao Xiaofeng also appointed Ms. PISULA/KAMILA DIANA as the Polish Alumnus Ambassador and asked her to do more contribution to realize a better connection between HUST Polish alumni and the university.
HUST, China and Rzeszow University of Technology, Poland signed an agreement of accepting polish students to study in HUST in 2013 under the support of Chinese Government Scholarship. And then 55 students from RUT came to study at HUST successfully in 2014.
