根据中国国家留学基金管理委员会有关通知及我校奖学金管理工作安排，现启动2026年国际学生奖学金年度评审工作。年度评审是对中国政府奖学金生的综合评价，考察内容为学生的道德品行、学习成绩、学习/科研态度、活动表现等情况，相关安排如下：
一、参评对象
1. 2026年9月后奖学金仍在正常有效期限内的在读国际学生；
2. 2026年7月/2027年1月原奖学金期限结束但无法按期毕业，拟申请奖学金延期的博士研究生；
3. 2025年奖学金评审结果为中止拟申请恢复奖学金的国际学生；
4. 处于休学状态的国际学生可不参评。
逾期未按要求提交奖学金评审申请的，将视为自动放弃奖学金资格。
二、评审内容和评审意见
1.根据2025/2026学年学生的道德品行、学习成绩、学习/科研态度、活动表现四方面情况，对每位学生进行定量打分和定性评价。
2.评审意见分为合格和不合格。评审满分为100分，总分60分及以上者视为合格。不合格学生，给予其中止奖学金或取消奖学金处理建议。
3.奖学金资格被中止的，需在学校规定的时间内缴纳足额学费、住宿费、来华留学保险等相关费用之后方可继续学习。继续学习者，如表现有显著进步，可在下一学年奖学金评审时申请恢复奖学金资格。
4.被取消享受中国政府奖学金资格者，从公布之日起停发奖学金，其享受中国政府奖学金的资格不再恢复。
三、参评流程
1.国际学生登录“国际学生在线申请与服务系统” (http://admission.hust.edu.cn/apply/login，操作详情见附件1)，针对遵规守纪、学习情况和参加活动情况三个方面做出真实、完整充分的自我评价。需上传加盖公章的成绩单。并于2026年4月22日前提交申请，待导师及院（系）审核。
2.国际学生通过CSC号登录“来华留学管理信息系统”（https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/，操作详情见附件2），针对遵规守纪、学习情况和参加活动情况三个方面做出真实、完整充分的自我评价。并于2026年4月22日前提交申请。
3.国际学生须在2026年4月22日前登录“国际学生在线申请与服务系统”与“来华留学管理信息系统”分别提交申请。逾期未按要求提交奖学金评审申请的，将视为自动放弃奖学金资格。
4.院（系）及导师将对学生提交的内容及综合表现进行评审，学生不需要自行联系导师或院系。
5. 国际教育学院组织专家评审复核，报学校审批后，在国际教育学院网站（iso.hust.edu.cn）公示评价结果，再提交至国家留学基金管理委员会终审。
四、评价结果
评审结果将在国际教育学院网站（iso.hust.edu.cn）公布。

Notice Regarding the Annual Review of the Scholarship of International Students for the 2026 Academic Year
To international students who enjoy CSC scholarship,
In order to evaluate the comprehensive performance of scholarship students and guarantee the benefits of the scholarship, in accordance with relevant requirements, the university carries out the 2026 scholarship annual review. The relevant arrangements are as follows:
I. The scope of participants
1. All international students who enjoy Chinese Government Scholarship and Cooperative Scholarship (MOC, YLS) after September 2026 are required to participate in the annual review.
2. PhD students who are unable to graduate in July 2026 / January 2027 as original scholarship period expires and plan to apply for scholarship extension and meet the extension requirements;
3. International students whose scholarship annual review result in 2025 is ‘Suspended’ and are planning to apply for the reinstatement of the scholarship;
4. Students who are on suspension are not required to participate in the annual review.
Students who fail to submit the application for annul review as required within the deadline shall be regarded as giving up the qualification of the scholarship.
IⅠ. Review content and result
1. The review will be conducted based on students’ ethical behavior, academic performance, learning/scientific attitude, and activity performance during the 2025-2026 academic year.
2. The review result is classified as Qualified and Unqualified. The full score of the review is 100 points; students with a total score of 60 or above are deemed qualified. Unqualified students will be recommended for suspension or cancellation of their scholarship.
3. Students whose scholarship are suspended will automatically turn into self-supported students. Self-supported students should pay full tuition fee, accommodation fee, insurance and other related expenses within the time specified by the university before continuing their study. If they make great progress in both study and performance in the study period, they can apply for reinstatement of the scholarship at the end of the next academic year.
4. Students whose scholarship are canceled will automatically turn into self-supported students and have their living allowance terminated from the date when the final result is announced by CSC, which will not be reinstated.
III. Review process
a) International Students should log in “Online Application and Service System for International Student” (http://admission.hust.edu.cn/apply/login, Instruction Manual can be found in the attachment 1), and fill in the form including three aspects of performances (Observe rules and regulations, Academic performance, Participation in activities) truthfully and completely then submit the application before April 22, 2026. The transcript with valid stamp is needed to be uploaded.
b) International Students should also log in “Chinese Government Scholarship Information System” with your CSC registration number (https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/, Instruction Manual can be found in the attachment 2), and fill in the form including three aspects of performances (Observe rules and regulations, Academic performance, Participation in activities) truthfully and completely then submit the application before April 22, 2026.
c) International students are required to log in BOTH http://admission.hust.edu.cn/apply/login and https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/ to submit their applications respectively before April 22, 2026. Those who fail to submit the application for review both in above two websites before the due date will be regarded as giving up the qualification of the Scholarship.
d) Schools and departments will conduct a comprehensive review and evaluation based on the content submitted by the students and students’ daily performances. Students do not need to contact supervisor or school directly.
e) School of International Education will organize experts to further review and then submit the review result to the university for approval. The review results will be announced at iso.hust.edu.cn before submitting to China Scholarship Council. China Scholarship Council will give the final result.
