Dear all international Students：

According to Provincial Prevention Law of Novel Coronavirus Outbreak, and to minimize human mobility during crisis, the university has adjusted academic schedule to maintain teaching and learning quality. Here are some reminders to all international students:

1. All students are NOT allowed to be back to campus before regulated time and re-arranged opening date will be announced later accordingly;

2. The university will adjust academic schedule, teaching activities and exam arrangement according to the prevention progress and all staff and students are requested to follow university announcement timely;

3. International students (degree candidates) should follow notices from university academic office, graduate program office, your own department, and School of International Education for updated notices, and Chinese language students (non-degree) will follow Center for Teaching Chinese as Foreign Language for teaching and learning rearrangement;

4. All students should follow the Prevention Law of Epidemic Outbreak and fully protect yourself and your family. The university will make academic rearrangements accordingly;

5. During this special occasion, the Confucius Institute Online will provide some free courses for Chinese language learners, including HSK Standard Courses, Chinese Traditional Culture, Foundation Courses for International Chinese Language Teachers, etc. All international students can get free access at www.chinesecio.comand learn Chinese language and culture at home. You should register firstly for self-learning and click “汉语教学”,enter “全球孔子学院慕课平台”and choose “HSK”afterwards to start learning.

关于调整2020年春季学期教学安排的相关通知

根据湖北省新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控指挥部通告，减少人员流动，保证教育教学质量和学生顺利完成学业，现将调整的2019-2020学年度第二学期有关本科教学工作安排通知如下：

1. 全体离校学生不得提前返校，具体开学时间另行通知。

2.学校将根据疫情防控形势变化，及时调整开学时间、教学活动与考试安排。请广大师生及时关注学校有关通知。

3. 学历生（国际学生）请根据教务处、研究生院、各自院系和国际教育学院的通知做好学习安排，汉语进修生的教学进度由对外汉语教学中心统一规划和通知。

4.全体师生要严格遵守当地疫情防控要求，加强自我防护措施，因地制宜开展教学和教学管理服务工作。

5.在这个特殊的时期，网络孔子学院为广大中文学习者提供免费在线课程，包括“汉语水平考试HSK标准课程”、“中国传统文化”、“国际汉语教师基础课程”等，广大国际学生可以利用在家的时间，学习中文和中国文化。登陆网络孔子学院网站（www.chinesecio.com）并注册成为用户后，点击“汉语教学”版块进入“全球孔子学院慕课平台”，选择“HSK”相关课程即可开始学习。
