To all international students:

The 2016 HUST Sports Meeting will be held on October 28th on the Central Playground (the eastern playground at the main campus beside Guanggu Gym). The International Student Office will arrange international students to take part in this annual sports meeting. Some specific issues are as follows:

1.   In the past few years, students from around the world demonstrated their ethnicity and culture identities excellently at the opening ceremonies. This year, we are hoping more students from more backgrounds can join us and we encourage a minimum of 2 representatives from each country to dress up your national costumes and take the national flag of your country at the opening ceremony.

2. October 28th, this Friday morning, all the students should gather at the main gate of your dormitory before 7:30AM, and the teacher from the office will guide you to the playground. Be Punctual, Please!

3. The Chinese government sponsored students are required to take part in the ceremony. A leave without a sound reason will not be allowed.

4. At the end of the ceremony, a free breakfast will be available on the first floor of International Student Office. Limited quantity will be provided, so first come, first served!
