Postgraduates should take the Chinese version transcript from school and submit it to the Graduate School on Tuesday morning.

Medical Undergraduates shall take the Chinese version transcript to International Student Office for review and then submit it to the Medical Teaching Affairs Office on Wednesday.

Main campus undergraduates shall take the Chinese version transcript to International Student Office for review and collect the English version Transcripts at the University Teaching Affairs Office on Friday afternoon.

Please make sure that you finish applying for the English version transcript before June 10, 2016 in care of delay during the busy graduation season.

After graduation, students need to apply to the university Archives for any version of transcripts.
