关于开通国际学生办公室公用邮箱的通知

全体国际学生：

为进一步加强国际学生管理与服务质量，畅通国际学生办公室与全体国际学生沟通渠道，对国际学生各项诉求有效及时反馈，现开通国际学生办公室公用邮箱。

公用邮箱地址为：iso_admin@hust.edu.cn，并实现包括但不限于以下服务：

1.收到邮件当日，会回复收条并将相关问题转负责老师处理；

2.涉及业务事项一般五个工作日内反馈处理结果；

3.重要通知会通过本邮箱群发给所有国际学生的HUST邮箱。

注意：

1.如发送邮件当日未收到收条，可能是发送未成功，请检查自己的邮箱；

2.请开通使用本人HUST邮箱，学校通知不再发送至非HUST邮箱；

3.同时开通的公共邮箱还有医科国际学生办公室邮箱iso_tj@hust.edu.cn,对外汉语教学中心办公室邮箱iso_tcfl@hust.edu.cn,医学生和汉语生也可与相关邮箱联系，单独涉及医学生或汉语生的通知，也会通过相关邮箱群发。

Notice Regarding Opening Public E-Mail of International Student Office

To all International Students:

In order to further strengthen the quality of administration and service for international students, unblock the communication channels between ISO and all international students, and give effective and timely feedback on the demands of international students, the public E-mail of the ISO is now opened.

The public email address is: iso_admin@hust.edu.cn, and the implementation includes but not limited to the following services:

1. On the day of mail received, the receipt will be replied and the relevant issues will be transferred to the responsible staff for handling;

2. The mail will feedback the handling results of issues within five working days;

3. Important notice will be sent to HUST mailbox of all international students through this email.

TIPS:

1. If the receipt is not received on the day of sending the email, the mail may not be sent successfully, please check your email;

2. Please open and use your HUST email, and the school notice will not be sent to non-HUST email;

3. Medical International Student Office open the public email: iso_tj@hust.edu.cn, and Office of Teaching Chinese as Foreign Language open the public email iso_tcfl@hust.edu.cn. Medical Students and Chinese Language Students can also contact with the relevant e-mail, and the notice concerning Medical Students or Chinese Language Students alone can also be sent in groups through the relevant e-mail.
