Notice about Registration for HUST 2015 Spring Semester

To International Students,

The duration of 2015 spring semester is from Mar. 2 to Jul. 4. And the start date for class of the semester is Mar. 2.

Matters about the new semester registration are notified as follows:

1.About the New Semester Registration

Students are supposed to report to the International Students Office with student ID in the period from Feb.26 to 28.After finishing the report, please register on the website of Registration Center(http://register.hust.edu.cn/EnglishRegister/registerlogin.jsp)in order to obtain the qualificated status to study.

Those who need to pay for the tuition fee, please get the  payment documents in the International Students Office before March.6 and then finish the payment in the University Finance Office .After that, you should finish the above mentioned registration procedures.

2.About Signing for Living Allowance

Scholarship students with living allowance are supposed to come to the International Students Office to sign for living allowance of March from Feb.26 to Mar.4.And for living allowance of April, the signing time is from Mar.20 to 26. (Weekends excepted).

3.About Delaying Registration

Students who are unable to register on time must complete the leave formalities with the teacher in charge before Mar.2. The asking for leave need to be put in writing, and the applicant should submit the application (paper or electronic version) with signature on it to the teacher in charge.

关于新学期报到注册的通知

全体国际学生:

     2015年春季学期,学校正式上课时间为3月2日,学期期间为3月2日至7月4日。

     现将有关新学期报到注册事宜通知如下:

     一、关于新学期报到注册

     请同学们根据学校要求在2月26日至28日期间带上学生证到留学生办公室报到。报到完成后,请在学校注册中心网站(http://register.hust.edu.cn/EnglishRegister/registerlogin.jsp)办理网上注册手续以取得学习资格。

    需要交纳学费的同学,请于3月6日前到留学生办公室领取缴费单据到学校财务处交纳学费。然后办理报到手续。

    二、关于签领生活费

    各类奖学金生,请于2月26日至3月4日期间到留学生办公室签领3月份的生活费,于3月20日至26日期间签领4月份的生活费。(周末除外)。

    三、关于推迟报到注册

    学生因故不能按时报到注册的,务必于3月2日前向主管老师办理请假手续。请假需以书面形式进行,申请人需要将签字的申请书(纸质或者电子版)报送各自主管老师。
